The Truth Will Out

Could Sweden’s most notorious killer be innocent? Detective Peter Wendel (Robert Gustafsson: ‘The 100 Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared’) struggles to hold together his fractured psyche – and mismatched cold case team – while uncovering the truth of a cryptic message. Based on an idea by Leif GW Persson, ‘The Truth Will Out’ is written by Aron Levander and Hans Jörlind and co-stars Ia Langhammer, Louise Peterhoff, Maria Sundbom and Johan Ulveson, with Kjell-Åke Andersson and Lisa Farzaneh directing. The eight-part series is produced by Sören Staermose for Yellow Bird and distributed globally by Banijay Rights. ’The Truth Will Out’ premiered on Viaplay on 23 November 2018.
